ZEBULA MOOLA LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
Terms and Conditions of Use
- Authorized Cardholder Requirement
Benefits of the Zebula Loyalty Program are exclusively available to the authorized cardholder. The authorized cardholder must be present to redeem or receive rewards. Zebula Golf Estate and Spa reserves the right to verify the cardholder’s identity at the time of redemption. - Card Registration and Activation
The Zebula Moola Card has no value unless it is registered and/or activated at Zebula Golf Estate and Spa. Registration must be completed within 30 days of issuance, after which unregistered, cards may become invalid. - Card Validity and Expiry
The Zebula Moola Card is valid only from 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. Any unredeemed points or rewards will expire at midnight on the expiry date. Cardholders will receive a notification (via email or SMS) at least 30 days prior to the expiry of points or the card. - Reward Transfer and Membership
Rewards are non-transferable unless a new membership is purchased by the same individual. Transferred rewards will only be applicable to the new membership and cannot exceed the balance at the time of transfer. Zebula Golf Estate and Spa reserves the right to approve or reject any reward transfer request. - Reward Limits
A cap applies to the number of rewards earned per transaction and the total number of points earned during the card’s validity. These limits are communicated and available at www.zebula.co.za/moola and are subject to periodic review. - Dispute Resolution for Points
Cardholders are responsible for ensuring their points are credited accurately at the time of the transaction. Discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of the transaction. Zebula Golf Estate and Spa reserves the right to investigate disputes and make a final determination. - Changes to Terms and Conditions
Zebula Golf Estate and Spa reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty program with 30 days’ notice, which will be communicated via email or published on the Zebula website. Changes will not retroactively affect points or rewards already earned. Continued use of the Zebula Moola Card constitutes acceptance of revised terms. - Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately. Zebula Golf Estate and Spa offers replacement cards for a nominal fee, subject to verification of the cardholder’s identity. The company is not liable for unauthorized use of lost or stolen cards before they are reported. - Membership and Golf Benefits
Silver and Black Members of the Zebula Loyalty Program are entitled to use the Zebula Golf Estate and Spa corporate membership to register with the Limpopo Golfing Union and Golf RSA as a Zebula Member. It must be noted that the Zebula Country Club Pty Ltd membership is a corporate membership and not a club membership. - Good Faith Requirement and Membership Termination
Membership in the Zebula Loyalty Program is contingent upon the member’s commitment to act in good faith at all times. Zebula Golf Estate and Spa reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who, at the sole discretion of the company, is deemed to have acted in bad faith or in a manner contrary to the program’s principles and rules. Termination of membership under this clause will result in the forfeiture of all earned rewards and points without compensation. - Pricing Philosophy and Feedback
Zebula Golf Estate and Spa does not compete on price but rather positions itself within a four-star resort-style environment, taking into account the unique demands of its clientele, the surrounding environment, and a competitive set of similar high-quality establishments. Pricing structures are determined with consideration for maintaining exceptional quality and service while being cognizant of the impact pricing has on demand. Feedback from members regarding the quality, variety, and overall experience is highly valued. Members are encouraged to provide feedback using all available methods, including participation in surveys and via email at feedback@zebula.co.za. - General Terms
The Zebula Moola Card is not a credit or debit card and cannot be exchanged for cash. All disputes regarding the program or its terms shall be resolved at the discretion of Zebula Golf Estate and Spa, in accordance with applicable laws.
