Terms & Conditions – Zebula Day Pass

Validity Period

• All Day Passes are valid until 12 December 2025.
• Expired Day Passes cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Booking Requirements

• All bookings must be made online in advance.
• Walk-in redemptions without a confirmed booking will not be permitted.
• Bookings are subject to availability at the Spa, Clubhouse, Mulligan, and chosen activity.

Usage Conditions

• The package is valid for one person only.
• The full package must be redeemed within a 24-hour period and cannot be split over several days.
• Package components (spa treatment, meal, and activity) are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.

Inclusions

• 30-minute Head & Shoulder Massage at The Spa at Zebula (R460 value).
• One meal at The Clubhouse or The Mulligan (R200 value).
• One activity choice: Padel, Archery, or Air Rifle Shooting.
• Free entry at the Zebula gate on the day of use.
• Free access to the Zebula Sport Center facilities.

Exclusions

• Beverages, gratuities, and additional purchases are not included in the package.
• Certain Sport Center facilities may be closed for maintenance or private bookings.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival will result in forfeiture of the package.
• No-shows will result in the Day Pass being considered redeemed.

General

• Zebula Golf Estate & Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Management reserves the right of admission.
• Standard Zebula rules and regulations apply across all facilities.
