Electricity Accounts Update
We wanted to provide you with some reassuring news regarding your electricity accounts. We understand that the months of June, July, August, and September often come with increased rates and tariffs. However, we want to put your minds at ease. At Zebula Country Club, we want to clarify that we act solely as collection agents for your electricity accounts. All meter readings are meticulously gathered by the Body Corporate directly, and our calculations go through a thorough approval process by our Chairman and Operations General Manager of the Body Corporate. Over the past period, we’ve undergone significant changes within our accounts department. We’ve upgraded our accounting systems and transitioned to a remote work setup. While this transition has presented some challenges and temporarily impacted our efficiency in account distribution and collections, we are pleased to report that we are back on track. Our dedicated TEAM is now in a better position to ensure that your accounts are sent out promptly and handled with the utmost care. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this transitional phase.
